About basic rates.

» Experience / Skill Points 70x (Good)
» Party Experience 1.5x (105x exp rates its way to big thing in mid-rates, but not as bad as Raid-Boss drop)
» Adena-Rate 70x (Average, 50x would be much better)
» Drop-Rate / Spoil-Rate 30x (Good)
» Quest-Drop 10x (Good)
» Quest-Reward 10x - Zero Hour 5x (Good)
» Raid-Boss-Drop 25x (Epic fail) Drop will be so big, that EWS/EAS/BEWS and other items will lost any worth to craft them and will impact server economy so badly that adena will be worth nothing. And one more thing server will become boring in few weeks. I think best rates here must be from 3 to 5x or server economy crash, whole server will become boring and in the end server will fail.
» Epic-Boss-Drop 1x (I think 1x to all epic rb drop, not only rings and earings)

First I want to say thx for your Suggestions.

The Party Rates it will be changed before start.
And about Raid-Drop-Rate don't worrie we checked the Droprate and its not to high.
25x means 1-3 fulldrops from 10 rbs.
Economy will be fine since players need to pay money for Materials and Caradine's Letter.

Its good that moderators are active here, its a big plus to server. But as i told i played in more than 100 mid rates in nearly 2 years and i know what i'm telling.

Big Rb drop imbalance server for sure, you can see and investigate Rb drop, but then you can get full S and massive amount of EWS/EAS in just few days, Quest becomes nothing more just crap and not worth to do at all. Then you can see how complicate is S armour quest at this server rates, its nearly not even worth to begin, but just go kill Rb's.

But server is your and you make your opinion i just tell pure true about big rb drops and how they kill fun in server life.

You get 2 Fulldrops from 10 Rbs. There must be a reward for players which killing Raids.
Otherwise nobody will try to kill them. And with EWS/EAS you won't go faar because of the 55% Enchant-Chance. thx for your mind and have fun.

ye , he's kinda right at that drop rb should drop like 5-10 clan skill egs but that's it , it just increases a chance to get a full drop, witch i can say even on 100 drop from rb i got parts Very Happy

And about rb admins could make a vote,but normal players think,all mats from craft is buyable in pretty low prices,adena drop is pretty big so in 1 day farm u can gather adena enough to buy mats for wep and armor i think as well,so 1 more day to farm recs up,spoil parts and get ancient adena for gem,cry......in max 3 days u can have full S except yewels cuz that q running/hunting takes mroe time sometimes..................Then where the fuk in that rb drop rate is anything hardcore?
I say once more cuz i know much lolz think liek that:EPIC RAIDS SUCH AS BAIUM ETC DROP WILL BE 1X THEY ARE NOT 25x..........

well, 1x EPIC !! that means they drop crap, they will be killed eventualy for rings ,earings, neck.
That beeing said 1x EPIC MEANS that AQ ring isn't 100% also, do some basic math, examine drops from Epics and think about stuff before you start talking crap.

Thats what i said so ppl dotn worry,epics will drop just yewel and on retail % other drops,so...........rb drop isnt bad at all..........

I got a different questions.
I like the rates but i must ask is it possible to change the buffslots to like 24 or max 28? since i saw many servers just fail balance since ppl can get like almost every possible buff,nukers doing low dmg since ppl got all resists. Better if ppl smart buff to get the most needed ones instead of giving everything to them.
Next thing,can you do armor restriction,so daggers and archers will wear light armor instead of heavy?
Next,would be nice if u make mana pots restoring like 300 mana over time,lets say 5 sec and reuse delay 2 sec? So bishes,daggers and OL's will eventually run out of mana, this will prevent those classes for spaming skills like mad and be almost unkillable.
Next Lower resist shock effect so stun will be usable and ppl can use some other classes beside daggers,archers and nukers.
And nerf a bit Th and He since they are ncsoft puppils on c6.

fully agree, if this isn't done it'll be just another dagger server. heavy armor daggers can't die to archers/tanks and too many buffslots will mean they have full resists against mages, too.

I think the idea is good, but the "mana over time" thing is gonna hurt nukers more than it hurts daggers. It might be better about 500 mp 5 sec reuse delay? Or 400/5?

This, I kinda disagree with. HE and TH aren't impossible to deal with, only pretty hard in this particular chronicle (but hey, that's interlude and everyone knew this when they chose the server). I'm sure we'll hear a lot from people on the forums IF they are particularly overpowered and changes can be made then.

TBh 32 buffslots are 2 much. L2 was made with lower buffslots coz as i said before some classes start to suck and other to be OP.
If possible pliz Admin to reply here, if u wanna get balanced serv you need to lower buffslots to 24+4, or 22+4 even better.
And how about those mana pots?

Drop it, Invy.. Let's see how archers do first. Armor restriction pretty much makes sure they're not that OP anymore, now p.atk classes actually stand a chance. It's gonna have to be good enough.

I just want that there will be nukers on pvp's since archers can mostly kill only nukers. No nukers in pvp= dagger vs tanks wars:p

Yea i bet i wont make admins change their mind about the buffslots so ill just go with the flow.

24+4 Is Mid-Rates must do thing, 32+++ Is Pvp High rates server stuff. Because All Major buffs fits in 24 buff scale, and other will be used only for RESISTS/CATS Buffs and other Imbalanced shit Mad
